Client Cancellation & Attendance Policy
To ensure fairness and protect our practitioners’ time, our cancellation policies are strictly enforced.
For all standard services, cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
More than one late cancellation or any no‑show will result in a 100% charge of the service total.
QHHT Sessions: Due to the 4–7 hours of dedicated, uninterrupted time required to provide this modality, QHHT sessions require more than 72 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the forfeit of the deposit.
All appointment changes must be made through Facebook Messenger, email (pinkrosedayspa@gmail.com), or by calling 780‑624‑0022.
Replies to automated text messages are not received and will be counted as a no‑show. Not confirming your appointment does not cancel it—direct communication is required.
