Client Cancellation & Attendance Policy

To ensure fairness and protect our practitioners’ time, our cancellation policies are strictly enforced.

  • For all standard services, cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

  • More than one late cancellation or any no‑show will result in a 100% charge of the service total.

QHHT Sessions: Due to the 4–7 hours of dedicated, uninterrupted time required to provide this modality, QHHT sessions require more than 72 hours’ notice to reschedule.

  • Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the forfeit of the deposit.

All appointment changes must be made through Facebook Messenger, email (pinkrosedayspa@gmail.com), or by calling 780‑624‑0022.

Replies to automated text messages are not received and will be counted as a no‑show. Not confirming your appointment does not cancel it—direct communication is required.
